Build stronger, faster, more resilient athletes this summer at The Lab.
Our Elite Athlete Summer Camp is designed for young athletes ages 10-17 who want more than just staying active—they want to improve performance, build confidence, and develop discipline that carries into sports and life. Led by experienced coaches, this program focuses on proper strength training, speed development, and injury prevention in a structured, high-energy environment.
This is not random workouts. This is intentional athletic development.
Athletes will develop strength and power, speed and quickness, agility and coordination, endurance, mobility and flexibility, as well as accountability and discipline.
At The Lab, we do more than run athletes through workouts. We coach proper technique and movement patterns, implement age-appropriate strength progression, and build confidence through consistency and accountability. Our goal is to develop athletes who are strong for life.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Dates: June 1st – July 31st
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Program Options:
4 Sessions Per Week
$250 per athlete
2 Sessions Per Week
$150 per athlete
Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
A deposit is required to reserve your athlete’s spot. Spots will fill quickly, and once capacity is reached, registration will close.
